Composable rocket motor that can meet several needs by adjusting its thrust to be built in US

Raytheon and Northrop Grumman won a DARPA phase-two Burn n’ Go contract to mature a new solid rocket motor design.

The motor uses reusable, modular components and can vary thrust to support different missile missions.

If successful, the approach could speed production, lower costs, and give the U.S. military a more flexible propulsion option.
