How to use the scanner station in Subnautica 2

Subnautica 2’s scanner station is an interior base module that runs on base energy.

It costs silver, titanium, and a wiring kit to craft, and has a default 300-meter scan range.

Use a handheld scanner on an item first, then the scanner station can track that resource or location.

Once unlocked, it adds holographic markers and HUD objectives to help you find scarce materials and points of interest faster.
