Why the Aston Martin DB12 S is a Leap Forward

Aston Martin unveiled the DB12 S, a £205,000 higher-performance version of the DB12 grand tourer.

It uses a tuned 4.0L twin-turbo V8 making 700 PS, with quicker shifts and launch control for stronger acceleration.

The car also gets revised suspension, upgraded braking with carbon ceramic brakes, and weight-saving measures including a titanium exhaust.

Exterior and interior updates round out the package, including 21-inch Evo wheels and other subtle design changes.
