You can now play Morrowind directly in your browser, no installation required

Developer Dumpster_Buddy has released OpenMW-Web, a browser-based version of Morrowind.

Built on the open-source OpenMW engine, it runs an example world directly in the browser.

With a user’s Morrowind files, it can support full gameplay, saving, settings changes, and local file access.

On supported desktop browsers, it shows that a full 3D game engine can run on the web without streaming or emulation.
