Google’s AI subscriptions get a new $100 tier, a price cut, and new features across all plans

Google revamped its AI subscriptions with a new $100/month AI Ultra tier and cut the top Ultra plan from $250 to $200.

The update adds new models and productivity features across paid plans, including Gemini 3.5 Flash, Gemini Omni, and expanded tool access.

Usage limits are shifting to a compute-based system, replacing the old plan caps with a more flexible framework.

Google also broadened access to tools like Gemini Spark, AI Inbox, Daily Brief, Flow, and Antigravity for paid users.

The overhaul strengthens Google’s premium AI push and puts it in sharper competition with ChatGPT Pro and Claude.
