A US company is trying to ban Samsung's foldable phones

Lepton Computing LLC has sued Samsung, accusing it of infringing nine foldable-phone patents.

The company is seeking damages, royalties, and a permanent ban on future sales of Samsung foldables.

The complaint targets Samsung’s Galaxy Z Fold and Galaxy Z Flip lineup, including earlier and newer models.

If successful, the case could disrupt one of Samsung’s key product categories in the fast-growing foldables market.
