Neptune selected for KOCCA K-Culture government project…AI to automate game development from webtoon IP

Neptune was selected for a Korean government R&D project led by KOCCA.

With partners, it will build an LLM-agent system that automatically converts webtoon IP into mid-core games.

The roughly 2-year-9-month project is backed by 7.7 billion won in funding.

The platform aims to cut game development time, scale webtoon-to-game production, and expand global IP monetization through AI and H5 distribution.
