Mistral AI launched Workflows in public preview inside Studio, giving developers a Python-based way to build enterprise AI automations.

Workflows can be published to Le Chat and include tracking, execution history, and pause-and-resume approval steps.

The feature is aimed at production use cases like cargo release and KYC review, where reliability and auditability matter.

It helps enterprises move AI from prototypes to durable, observable workflows with human-in-the-loop controls.
