PlayStation Plus is getting more expensive right before everyone comes back

Sony will raise PlayStation Plus prices for new subscribers in select regions starting May 20.

The increase affects the one-month and three-month plans, while current members keep existing rates for now.

Existing subscribers are only exposed if they change plans or let their memberships lapse and rejoin.

The move could make short-term access to online play more expensive ahead of renewed interest in GTA 6 and GTA Online.
