Reports: Yijing Considering a Battery-Swapping Version for Its Second Model, Huawei May Enter the Battery-Swapping Market

Dongfeng and Huawei’s jointly developed Yijing brand is reportedly researching a battery-swapping version of its second model.

Because Yijing mainly uses CATL batteries, it could potentially join CATL’s Chocolate battery-swapping network.

If realized, battery-vehicle separation could lower the purchase barrier, while bringing Huawei into competition with Nio in the swapping ecosystem.
