Bigme HiBreak Dual combines color e-ink and LCD in one smartphone

Chinese maker Bigme has teased the HiBreak Dual, a phone that pairs a color e-ink display with a regular LCD.

The company posted a store-page teaser and asked Reddit users to guess specs such as stylus support, 5G, Android 14 or 15, and dual SIM.

The dual-screen layout rules out some back-of-phone features like wireless charging and magnetic accessories.

Bigme previously released other e-ink devices and may sell the HiBreak Dual in the US, though price and full specs are not yet known.
