Apple's New Accessibility Feature Lets Vision Pro Users Control a Wheelchair With Their Eyes

Apple previewed new accessibility features powered by Apple Intelligence, including richer image descriptions, an Accessibility Reader, and better subtitle and reading tools.

The update also adds more natural language support for Voice Control and other tools aimed at making iPhone, iPad, and Mac easier to use.

On Vision Pro, Apple is testing an eye-tracking feature that can let users control compatible motorized wheelchairs through alternative drive systems.

Apple says the changes are meant to expand communication, navigation, and independence for disabled users across its devices.
