Oura, Resmed partnership helps point out sleep health issues you didn't know you had

Oura is partnering with Resmed to turn sleep-tracking data into health insights and sleep apnea education.

Eligible Oura Ring Gen 3 and Ring 4 members will get a sleep assessment, learning resources, and guidance if signs of obstructive sleep apnea appear.

The feature can also point users to independent care providers, helping more people detect possible sleep disorders earlier and seek treatment.

The move shows how wearable data is increasingly being used to bridge consumer sleep tracking and medical care.
