Apple to Pay $250 Million to Settle Class Action Over Delayed Siri Features

Apple agreed to a $250 million settlement over claims it marketed delayed Siri and Apple Intelligence features on iPhone 16 models before they were ready.

The class action said Apple’s promotions could amount to misleading or false advertising about unreleased AI capabilities.

Eligible U.S. buyers may receive up to $95 per device, depending on how many claims are filed.
