Samsung wearables finally gain blood pressure tracking in the US

Samsung has begun rolling out blood pressure monitoring for Galaxy Watch models in the US.

The feature works on Galaxy Watch 4 and later running Watch OS 4.0+ with a phone on Android 12 or higher.

Initial and periodic calibrations require an upper-arm blood pressure cuff via the Samsung Health Monitor app.

Samsung said a passive blood pressure trend monitoring tool will arrive later this year.
