Random: Don't Be Fooled By Google Play Store's Tomodachi Life Clones

Two Android games on Google Play are impersonating Nintendo’s Tomodachi Life with copied art, titles, and descriptions.

The lookalike apps, including “Tomodachi Life: Living the Dream” and “Tomodochi: Live the Dream Life,” have surpassed 150,000 downloads combined.

Nintendo news coverage is warning users to avoid the listings, calling them obvious knock-offs.

The case highlights how easily popular games can be cloned on mobile storefronts, putting younger players at risk of being misled.
