Crimson Desert Gets Even Better in Its Largest Update Yet: “They Just Added So Much Random Sh*t, I Love It”

Pearl Abyss has rolled out Crimson Desert patch 1.04 with new easy and hard difficulty modes.

The update also brings boss and combat tweaks, inventory and lantern quality-of-life improvements, and better distant rendering.

Players now get expanded pet and customization options, including more cats, rename features, and Abyss Heuklang as a pet.

The patch underscores Pearl Abyss’s effort to quickly improve Crimson Desert after a rocky launch.
