An Arena, Hotel, and Commercial Facilities with a Capacity of 10,000 Planned for the Former Kubota Headquarters Site in Namba, Osaka

Kubota has chosen Mitsui Fudosan and Kansai Electric Power Real Estate Development as preferred partners for redeveloping its former headquarters site in Osaka's Naniwa ward.

The plan centers on a multipurpose arena with capacity for about 12,500 people, alongside a hotel and commercial facilities.

The project is expected to open in 2032 or later.

The redevelopment could help create new activity and economic momentum in the Namba area.
