ThermoWorks' Gravitas Scale Has A Detachable Display And A 20-Minute Memory

ThermoWorks has entered the kitchen scale market with the Gravitas, its first scale.

The Gravitas offers 0.1-gram precision, up to 5 kg capacity, and NIST-traceable calibration.

It features a removable backlit display over 2.4GHz RF, plus standby memory that preserves the last reading for up to 15 minutes.

The washable plate is IP66-rated, battery life is long, and pre-orders start at $119 in multiple colors.
