New World of Warcraft Midnight class tuning update reduces the dramatic gap between healers

Blizzard is tuning healer balance in World of Warcraft Midnight patch 12.0.5.

Top-performing healers like Discipline Priest, Preservation Evoker, and Mistweaver Monk are being nerfed, while Holy Paladin, Restoration Druid, Restoration Shaman, and Holy Priest are getting buffs.

The changes are meant to narrow the healing gap across raids, dungeons, and PvP and could reshape the meta.

The update also includes some damage and utility adjustments, plus extra nerfs to select specs and the Mythic L'ura encounter.
