Anthropic to establish new company with Blackstone and others to accelerate Claude adoption among small and medium-sized businesses

Anthropic is launching a new company with Blackstone and other investors to help small and mid-sized businesses adopt Claude.

The initiative will invest about $1.5 billion to support everything from workflow analysis to custom implementation.

Target customers include regional banks, mid-sized manufacturers, and local healthcare providers.

The move expands Anthropic’s enterprise AI push beyond large corporations and intensifies competition with OpenAI.
