Claude for small businesses launches, supporting sales initiatives and billing responses

Anthropic launched Claude for Small Business, connecting Claude to Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, PayPal, HubSpot, QuickBooks, Canva, and DocuSign.

The package includes 15 agent workflows and 15 skills to automate tasks across finance, sales, marketing, HR, and customer support.

Actions like sending messages or making payments require user approval, and existing app permissions are preserved.

Anthropic also introduced a free PayPal-backed course to help small businesses identify useful AI tasks and adopt AI responsibly.
