Yarbo says it will remove the intentional backdoor from its robot lawn mower

Yarbo says its robot lawn mowers will no longer ship with a remote access tunnel enabled by default.

The feature will become opt-in only, after security concerns were raised about a potential remote backdoor.

Yarbo is also rolling out fixes including unique root passwords and firmware updates.

The company says it is working with the researcher who reported the issues.
