One of 2026’s Best Games Is Adding Chaotic 8-Player Co-Op

Big Hops will get a free Steam update on August 9 that adds online co-op for up to eight players across the full game.

The feature is already live in Steam’s Together beta branch, but it required major system rework to make it work.

That turns the 3D platformer from a solo experience into a shared online run, at least on Steam for now.
