Russia’s Mikron is now selling framed 200mm silicon test wafers as limited-edition souvenirs, priced at about $170 each.

The wafers come in 12 designs, and some include chips used in products such as the AMUR MIK32 and Moscow Metro cards.

The shop also sells cheaper novelty items, including vials of cleanroom air.

The line blends semiconductor manufacturing, marketing, and national chip branding, while nodding to Russia’s ongoing RISC-V efforts.
