Former boss Shuhei Yoshida thinks day-one PlayStation launches on PC would be a mistake

Former PlayStation executive Shuhei Yoshida says Sony should keep first-party games exclusive to PlayStation at launch.

He argues PC ports should arrive later, not day one, so console releases can stay the initial focus.

Yoshida says delayed PC releases can help offset rising game-development costs without hurting PS5 demand.

He added there is no sign Sony is backing away from PC releases altogether.
