NIO’s 2026 ONVO L90 to Feature In-House 5nm Autonomous Driving Chip

Huawei announced at its TECH Cares Forum in Barcelona that it has provided digital connectivity to 170 million people in remote areas.

The company said this exceeds its 2022 pledge to the ITU Partner2Connect Digital Coalition to connect 120 million people by 2025.

Huawei highlighted training and rural network programs, including Skills on Wheels and the RuralCow solution launched in November 2025.

Forum participants from governments, industry and international bodies discussed advancing digital inclusion and pledged further collaboration.
