Gemini for Home is expanding to more homes and languages

Gemini for Home is expanding beyond its earlier limited rollout in the US, Canada, and Mexico.

It is now coming to 16 new countries in Europe and Asia-Pacific.

Those countries are Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the UK, Australia, Japan, and New Zealand.

Supported languages now include Danish, Dutch, English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Norwegian, Spanish, and Swedish.

The rollout starts today and should take over a week; Google Home Early Access is required, and March updates made voice commands up to 40% faster.
