Gemini app using Personal Intelligence, Photos for tailored Nano Banana generation

Google is adding personalized image generation to Gemini by combining Personal Intelligence, Google Photos, and Nano Banana 2.

Users can create images from chat context and, optionally, labeled photos of themselves, family, and pets.

The feature is starting for Google AI Plus, Pro, and Ultra subscribers in the US, with wider rollout planned later.

Google says it does not train directly on private Photos libraries and lets users review the source image used.
