Fortnite returns to iPhone in Brazil with Epic Games Store launch

Epic Games has launched the Epic Games Store on iPhone in Brazil, allowing Fortnite and Rocket League Sideswipe to be downloaded again.

The launch brings Fortnite back to Brazilian iPhones, though it does not include iPad support.

Epic says Apple’s setup requirements and policy restrictions make access harder than necessary for third-party app stores.

The move adds pressure to the wider fight over Apple’s control of iOS app distribution and fees.
