Huawei's iPad Pro Rival Looks Amazing, but You Might Not Be Able to Get It

Huawei unveiled the MatePad Pro Max in Bangkok, calling it the world’s thinnest tablet at 4.7mm.

The 13.2-inch OLED tablet adds AI features, a 10,400 mAh battery, and support for the M-Pencil Pro and multiwindow use.

Huawei said the device will only be sold in select countries or regions, likely leaving out the US.

The launch deepens Huawei’s premium-tablet challenge to Apple and Samsung while US trade restrictions continue to limit its reach.
