ChatGPT bleeds market share as Claude posts explosive monthly growth

Similarweb data show traffic share shifting fast among AI chatbots, with Claude rising from 2.2% to 6.02% in one month.

ChatGPT still leads at 56.72%, but its share has fallen sharply from 77.43% a year ago.

Gemini climbed to 25.46%, while DeepSeek, Grok, Copilot and Perplexity remained much smaller.

Microsoft said Copilot’s figures now include Microsoft 365 Chat traffic, which may affect comparisons.
