A secret smart speaker is ready to take on the Google Home Speaker

Walmart’s Onn brand has surfaced an unreleased smart speaker in a CSA listing, and it appears to run Gemini.

The device is listed with Wi‑Fi, Bluetooth, Google Cast for Audio, a 10W speaker, far-field microphones, and privacy controls.

No price or launch date has been announced yet.

If it ships, it could be the first non-Google smart speaker to use Gemini and a cheaper rival to Google’s next Home Speaker.
