Phasmophobia Reveals New Details for the Upcoming Player Character Update

Kinetic Games shared new details on Phasmophobia’s Player Character Update, which begins on May 5 and is slated to roll out in 2026.

Players will be able to choose from 12 customizable characters and unlock cosmetics without microtransactions.

The update also adds new death animations, visual upgrades, and a gradual reveal of more Ghost Hunting Division lore.

Kinetic Games also teased a possible future Alan Wake crossover.
