Google enables users to generate PDF and Excel files directly from chats with Gemini

Google says Gemini users on web and mobile can now create files directly in chat.

Supported outputs include Workspace formats plus PDF, Word, Excel, CSV, LaTeX, TXT, RTF, and Markdown.

Users can download files or export them straight to Google Drive.

The update cuts down workflow friction by keeping file creation inside Gemini.
