Lenovo-branded retro handheld comes pre-loaded with tons of Nintendo ROMs

A Lenovo-branded retro gaming handheld sold in China, the G02, is reportedly preloaded with unlicensed ROMs for Nintendo and other classic games.

Lenovo says the device came from a regional white-label licensing deal and is not one of its own authorized products.

The report raises potential copyright and brand-safety risks, especially given Nintendo’s aggressive enforcement against unauthorized game distribution.
