VIERA Hakata Terrace, an under-elevated commercial complex, to open at Hakata Station’s Chikushi Exit on September 18

JR West Real Estate Development and JR Kyushu will open VIERRA Hakata Terrace on September 18 near Hakata Station’s Chikushi exit.

The project is the companies’ first joint development and converts a former parking area into a six-store retail complex with dining and beauty services.

Nearby existing facilities will also be reorganized under the VIERRA Hakata brand to improve foot traffic across the area.

The move aims to boost convenience and draw more visitors as part of the broader Hakata station-area redevelopment.
