Claude Cowork adds extensions to strengthen legal support, including task-specific plugins

Anthropic is expanding Claude Cowork for legal teams with 20+ connectors and 12 domain-specific plugins.

The update supports contract batch processing, approval workflows, and drafting regulatory memos.

Claude is also being integrated into Microsoft Word and tools such as Definely, Docusign, Ironclad, Box, and Datasite.

The goal is to fit into existing legal software and automate routine work for lawyers more efficiently.
