"Tokyo Midtown Nihonbashi" the new district in the Nihonbashi redevelopment; COREDO also integrated and renamed

Mitsui Fudosan and Nomura Real Estate have named the Nihonbashi 1-chome Chukaku redevelopment district Tokyo Midtown Nihonbashi.

The plan links four blocks, including existing COREDO Nihonbashi, into a mixed-use project with retail, offices, a hotel, residences, and MICE facilities.

At the core will be a 52-story tower about 284 meters tall, with completion targeted for late September 2026 and opening in autumn 2027.

The project is set to boost pedestrian flow and urban functions in Nihonbashi, making it a landmark transformation for the area.
