Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 Is Making Some Exciting Changes To The Formula, But It Might Not Be Enough

Activision and Infinity Ward previewed Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 ahead of its October 23 launch.

The campaign centers on a North Korea invasion of South Korea and features multiple playable viewpoints, including Captain Price and Private Park.

Multiplayer adds 12 new 6v6 maps, Gunfight maps, Big War maps, and a rotating Kill Block mode.

The game is also set for a first-ever Nintendo Switch 2 release, though early impressions say it may not fully recapture the series’ peak appeal.
