Strange 65-Foot Dinosaur Discovered in Argentina

Researchers have identified a new sauropod dinosaur, Bicharracosaurus dionidei, from Patagonia in Argentina.

The Jurassic animal was about 20 meters long and shows a mix of brachiosaurid and diplodocid traits.

The fossil evidence comes from vertebrae, ribs, and pelvic remains found in the Cañadón Calcáreo Formation.

The discovery fills a major Late Jurassic gap in the Southern Hemisphere and helps clarify sauropod evolution and dispersal.
