PASMO top-ups to be temporarily suspended on the night of May 16 due to system transition

PASMO will suspend some services from the night of May 16 until the last train due to a system switch.

Affected services include charging, new ticket issuance, refunds, history display, and lost or damaged card reissue requests.

Riding transit and using the e-money function will remain available, so normal usage is unaffected.

Users who need to charge or reissue a card should complete those procedures in advance.
