Final Fantasy 14 Is Finally Coming To Switch 2 But There’s Apparently A Nintendo Tax

Square Enix says Final Fantasy XIV will launch on Nintendo Switch 2 in August.

A free one-month early access test will arrive before the full release.

The Switch 2 version will support cross-progression, but players need a separate license and subscription.

Existing subscribers on other platforms will get a half-price subscription option.
