Leaked images and details suggest Google is preparing a new Android-based laptop platform, reportedly called Googlebook.

The concept appears to center on Gemini-powered features such as AI widgets, context-aware controls, Magic Pointer, and a Glowbar-style interface.

Unlike Pixel hardware, the laptops are said to come from third-party PC makers like Asus, Dell, HP, Lenovo, and Acer.

If real, this would mark a major shift away from ChromeOS and could redefine Google’s laptop strategy and the Chromebook market.
