Apple releases iOS 26.5 RC 2 ahead of public launch

Apple has released a second release candidate for iOS 26.5 and iPadOS 26.5.

The new RC, build 23F77, replaces the earlier 23F75 version for testing.

The change suggests Apple fixed last-minute bugs before the expected public launch next week.

Developers and public beta testers can now preview the near-final update ahead of release.
