Solving social problems with AI beyond development

Participants from Kakao Tech Bootcamp and SSAFY held their first joint AI hackathon at Kakao AI Campus in Yongin.

Over two days, they built prototype services around the government’s 10 AI public-welfare projects and focused on solving social problems.

The event highlighted a practical, hands-on approach to AI talent training and the potential to broaden Korea’s developer ecosystem.

Top teams were recognized for their solutions, including DRIFT and MinDam.
