Apple’s most powerful Mac Studio loses its last remaining RAM upgrade option

Apple has removed the 256GB RAM option from the M3 Ultra Mac Studio, after dropping the 512GB version in March.

The desktop now appears to be limited to a single 96GB memory configuration.

Apple says Mac Studio and Mac mini supplies could remain tight for months.
