Saitama Super Arena's new name is "GMO Arena Saitama"

From April 1, 2026 the arena's nickname will change to "GMO ARENA saitama".
A naming-rights deal was signed on March 30 between GMO Internet Group and Saitama Prefecture; the contract runs from April 1, 2026 to March 31, 2032 (six years).
Naming fees are 5,000万円 per year for fiscal 2026 and 5億5,000万円 per year from 2027 onward.
The arena is undergoing renovation in 2026 and is scheduled to reopen in April 2027; "GMO SONIC 2027" will be held April 3–4 as the reopening festival.
GMO will support IT infrastructure, cashless payments, humanoid-robot demonstrations, and premium hospitality; GMO previously held the "GMO SONIC" festival at the arena from 2023–2025; the venue opened in 2000, welcomes about 2.87 million visitors annually and can hold up to about 37,000 in stadium mode.
