Clamshell handhelds based on the Commodore 64 and ZX Spectrum are coming later this year

Retro Games Ltd, working with Blaze Entertainment, announced two new clamshell handhelds based on the Commodore 64 and ZX Spectrum.

Each device launches in October for £109.99/$129.99 and comes with 25 preloaded games, a 4.3-inch IPS display, USB-C charging, and MicroSD support.

The handhelds also support external keyboard or joystick input, and limited collector’s editions will be sold through Funstock.

The announcement highlights ongoing demand for licensed retro gaming hardware and nostalgia-driven products.
