AirPods Max 2 Now Available at Apple Stores

AirPods Max 2 are available at many Apple Store locations worldwide starting today; in‑store availability and customer deliveries have begun, and Apple’s website shows same‑day pickup at many stores.

They use the H2 chip, add a new high‑dynamic‑range amplifier, retain a USB‑C port, and Apple says they deliver enhanced sound and improved Spatial Audio.

Active noise cancellation is up to 1.5× better than the previous generation, wireless audio latency is reduced, and battery life is up to 20 hours with ANC enabled.

Included features include Adaptive Audio, Conversation Awareness, Voice Isolation, and Live Translation; a Camera Remote lets you press the Digital Crown to take photos and start/stop video in the Camera app or compatible third‑party camera apps on iPhone or iPad.

Available in Midnight, Starlight, Orange, Purple and Blue, priced at $549 in the U.S.
